Hi I just got back Dallas Texas.

I spent 3 days at the AmeriPlan National Conference where I had the opportunity to participate as the key note speaker.

The AmeriPlan IBO’s have a special place in my heart, they are some of the best people I have ever had the opportunity to associate with. We all know that the network marketing industry is made up of commitment, dedicated, hard working, faith based people and AmeriPlan certainly has more than their share of these good people!

At this conference the company did something that I have never seen any other company do. They gave away 1.5 million dollars in cash! 40 people won $1,000 a month for 12 months! AND THE MONTHLY INCOMES WENT UP FROM THERE!

It was awesome to watch this event come together. I teared up as a young couple from Houston Texas, (who had just purchased their first home) won $10,000 a month for the next 12 months!

It was finally time for the big drawing. Someone was going to win $30,000 a month for the next 12 months! Yes that’s $360,000!

To my total shock and surprise as the corporate owners Denis and Daniel Bloom came on the stage to pull out the lucky ticket from the hopper. They said something like; let’s bring up our key note speaker Dale Calvert to pull out the lucky ticket.

I was not prepared for this, but I remember thinking on the way to the stage, I am going to make 1 person very happy and disappoint a room full of other great people. Anyway I pulled out the name and a couple form Texas, the Gonzales’s will now be receiving $30,000 a month for the next 12 months!

It was an awesome weekend, and I don’t think any of the thousands of people in attendance will every forget it!

I am amazed at the number of network marketing companies that have spend a lot of money on traditional branding.  Sponsoring car races, TV commercials, etc.   Many distributors have asked me about this over the years, and honestly I have never been able to justify this.

When corporate clients ask me about this, I always tell them put the money into the distributor base!  Ameriplan ownership gets this.

Leadership moves products and creates volume. Putting money back into the field will provide more benefits than adding your logo to a racecar.
