Dale started his first business out of his parent’s home when he was 14 years old, a mail order business. At age twenty Dale’s best friend shared the network marketing industry. He joined and fell in love with personal development training the profession provided.

Dale has said his first three years in the industry he wanted to quit everyday. After three years working the business part-time and listening to over 7,500 hours of audio cassettes, everything came together for Dale. It was at this point, he put together his first organizational training system, his business exploded the next year, and his fifth year he was able to leave his job at IBM in Lexington, Kentucky. Over the his 20 year career of actively building teams, he worked in the industry as a mutli-million dollar earning distributors, corporate VP of Sales & Marketing and owned his own company before retiring at age 39.

In 2000 Dale retired from building teams and his phone started ringing, leaders asking him to conduct key note trainings for various companies & distributor organizations around the world . Since that time Dale has produced over 200 hours of audio and video training programs and has written over a dozen books to support work at home entrepreneurs. Today Dale accepts a limited number of speaking engagements each year in and out of the home business market. Personal Message from Dale 10/10/2015

In 2000 I got to the point where I had personally experienced more success than I could have ever dreamed, when I started in the industry twenty years earlier. To say that I was disturbed at what I call the Trend Towards Mediocrity would be a major understatement. I understand, specifically, exactly how I built duplicating teams. It had nothing to do with me, just proven, time tested, wisdom of the ages principles that work for all people that are willing to internalize them and implement them.

In 2000 my goal was to learn new business models that could help people, and for the past 15 years that is what I have done. However, network marketing, teaching, coaching, consulting, and speaking has always been my bread and butter. I never anticipated it or planned it, it just happened. Today, fifteen years later it is still hard for me to believe the opportunities that I have been given to share the proven systems and methods to those that care.

In July of 2015 I had a major shift in my thinking. (That is a story for another time)

I have been frustrated with the network marketing industry as I have watched it get further and further away from the foundation roots of personal growth and personal responsibility as so called “leaders” continue to tell people what they want to hear.

It is astounding to me how many people continue to search for a new marketing methods to make them successful instead of really understanding that the real product in network marketing is people, and “If you build people, people will build the business”. The wisdom of the ages success principles taught by Napoleon Hill, George, George Clason, Zig Ziglar. Earl Nightingale, Mary Kay, Og Madino, etc ARE AS VALID TOAY as they were 50 years ago and they will be as valid 50 years from now, TRUTH is TRUTH.

There is not a network marketer on the planet that can’t quote Zig’s famous quote.

“You can have anything in life you want if you help enough other people get what they want”

But when you ask them, how do you help people get what they want? They look at you like a deer starring in headlights

The answer is right in front of the profession and we have never embraced itand I have never understood why? Look at any successful franchise on the planet as I talk about in my Confessions of a Network Marketing Millionaire training program& in the booklet Why the Masses of Network Marketers are Frustrated, Confused, and Don’t Have a Clue What They are Doing. SYSTEMS are duplicatable, personality is not!

When most network marketers hear the word System, they think I am talking about a recruiting system.

 

 

There is much more to network marketing than recruiting.

So when I say systems, I mean

* Starting people Right System
* Customer Acquisition Systems
* Customer referral system
* Lead generations systems
* Two step recruiting process
etc.

These are the core fundamentals of building a duplicating network marketing team.

I am repulsed by the constant flow of self-proclaimed network marketing gurus that have come and gone, teaching people how to do that which they have never done. They extract as much money from people as they can telling people what they want to hear. How many times have you been told …….the frustrations you experience in the business are somebody else’s fault and let me sell you my fu fu dust that will make your pain go away?

Sound familiar?

 

You wont find any Fu Fu dust on this page, just proven systems that I have not only personally implemented but more importantly have been able to teach others, who have taught others, who have taught others …………………. I understood early that success in the network marketing industry had very little to do with what I could personally do and that systems were the issue.

The truth is when we enter the network marketing profession 97% of us are lousy at it.

Like any other profession there are skill sets required to be successful. The challenge with network marketing is most people need to change their mindsets as well. I certainly did and so have most of the leaders we have worked with over the years.

The truth is most people don’t want to make changes in their life until they are at point of desperation. Marketers and recruiters know that so they simply tell people what they want to hear , using emotional triggers in attempt to befriend and sponsor people or sell their training programs.

You would think at this point every leader in every company would be shouting from the mountain tops “Network Marketing is not just not about getting them in the business, it is about Keeping them in and moving forward” If we would focused as much on developing leaders as we do on closing them, and keeping them on autoship, the network marketing profession would be at the top of the entrepreneurial up swing we see worldwide. If your build people, people build the business.

I have always been very vocal about what I see. My purpose is not to throw people under the buss, it is an attempt to provoke change, that has always been my motivation. It wasn’t until July 2015 that I realized something, I never understood.

When I started in the network marketing industry I was given a gift that 99.9999% of the people that enter the network marketing industry will never be given. It was an invention called a Sony Walkman, and a full-time job that allowed me to listen to wisdom of the ages thought leaders and successful network marketing distributors from multiple companies. During my first 3 years in the profession, I listen to over 7,500 HOURS of audios. I also received major insights from distributors in various companies who had leadership titles, but were trapped what I call being the Elvis Presley of their own business. I believe the people in your organization are an indication of your leadership ability, or lack there of.

I don’t care who you are, or what kind of business model we are talking about, but if you listen to 7,500 hours on any subject it is going give you a different and unique perspective than those that never had that opportunity.

Yes, I know that there are greedy, egotistical people in network marketing, but you can find those type of people in every other profession. I believe that most network marketing leaders, company owners and teachers and trainers sincerely want to help people. I mean think about it, there long-term income and financial security really does depend on it. However you can not expect people to teach that which they have never personally experienced, and most leaders simply built what they have with the credibility, talents, work ethic and skill sets THEY ENTERED the profession with. I believe that history has proven to us that the more credible a person is when they enter the industry the weaker their organizations will be.

I UNDERSTAND HOW TO BUILD DUPLICATING TEAMS AT A LEVELthe only way I can describe it is “it haunts me”. I have not only done it, but I duplicated it, and those people duplicated, and those people duplicated it and so on and so forth. I am not talking about making a $10,000 a month income in network marketing, let’s face it those guys & gals are a dime dozen. I am talking about developing an organization of over 60,000 people who did over 100 million dollars in wholesale sales in less than five years. I KNOW specifically, exactly, how it happened.

Here is what is very important for me to communicate. When I entered the industry I was a 20 year old kid that was smart enough to know, I didn’t know what I was doing. I believed that formal education makes you a living and if you become self educated you create fortune. So I was on a mission to find ONE Network Marketing mentor and learn as many success principles from as many success principle thought leaders as I could. My success was able to happen because I had none of the baggage most people enter the profession with and teachable sponge.

If you can relate with this, then I invite you plug into our product and services. Why Dale Calvert instead of other teachers, consultants and trainers you can find online? Let’s face it, in network marketing 80% of teachers, trainers, and consultants teach the same thing. I teach from 30+ years of real world experience and a documented track record of teaching others how to build duplicating teams.

Many network marketing trainers are great self promoters but have never actually built a duplicating team. Some of those that actually have built teams, did it AFTER they promoted their name. I believe that a persistent person will ultimately find the best mentor in any market, and you need to make the best decision for yourself.

3 Reasons

1) Track Record. Through out my entrepreneurial career I have always asked myself, Who is this person and why should I spend my valuable time listening to what they have to say? That question has served me well. I believe that most people do business with those they know like and trust. That is probably good advice when choosing a dry cleaners, lawn moving service, etc. However as it relates to network marketing I think the more important question is do they have a track record of duplication and leadership development?

2) I am not a Distributor Yes, at any given time I have coaching and training agreements with various network marketing companies and top level distributors. However I am not promoting a particular company. At this point in my life I would rather spend as much time as possible with my family, and have no desire to devote the amount of time I know is required to build an organization the right way. So I am not trying to build my brand so you will know me, like me, and trust me so I can back you into my deal.

3) This is a Labor of Love for me. I will never tell you what I think you want to hear I don’t need to sell you $5,000 Seminar Seats to make a living. My wife and I are involved in other business models together that we enjoy. In July 2015 when I decided to really work on building Network Marketing Support Services, Inc. most of my close friends and family told me I was crazy. As many self proclaimed gurus have already discovered, there are other niches that make much more sense to be involved in than the network marketing profession, financially from a training and coaching perspective This is just a way for me to give back. The truth is that many network marketers are not willing to invest in themselves or their business & the one’s that have the disposable income already have the all the answers, and perceive investing in education as a sign of weakness.

So I understand my audience, and quite frankly it is not 73% of network marketing distributors, it is the 27% and those of you that I have had the privilege to work with understand exactly what I am saying when I say 27%ers. :).

I understand that for many people everything I have written to this point, sounds more like I am trying to run you off than convince you to buy one of my training products. Honestly, in many ways that is true. My market is the distributors that have the desire not just to make money, but build a real business. People that understand the ability to build teams is one of the most valuable skill sets you can ever develop. Leadership is the highest paid profession in the world, not management.
