I have spent this Thursday doing coaching calls.
Everybody wants help with recruiting.
None of these people really needed coaching they
just need more prospects!
Recruiting is Numbers it is the LAW of Average.
Note I did not say the Theory of Averages. The
LAW of averages is just as much a LAW as the
LAW of gravity.
If 100 people jumped off my office building 100
are going to go down. 1 person is not going to
mystically float into the heavens. IT IS THE LAW!
You cannot say the wrong thing to the RIGHT PERSON
or the RIGHT THING to the WRONG person. MLM
Recruiting is numbers, it has NOTHING TO DO WITH
RELATIONSHIPS!

This is a concept we have been teaching
for several years.
People always look at me with a blank
stare when I teach this concept in seminars.
In network marketing we have some how
bought into the idea that we are OBLIGATED
to sponsor and work with EVERYBODY.
The truth is, most people are going to be far
more trouble than they are worth.
Others can be very toxic to the team. One of
the biggest mistakes I ever made in my MLM
career was not getting rid of bad influences
when I had every legal, moral, and ethical
right to do so.
I should have canned “the plumber” when he left
and took all of our training materials to a
competivie company that gave him a title.

It was probably 10 years or so ago when I first heard
the term “Coaching”.
I guess it first started in the traditional business world.
Today “coaching” has become a common
business practice.
My initial thoughts regarding the subject as it
relates to network marketing was if someone
requires a coach, somebody in their upline is
not doing a very good job.
In reality, those are still my foundational
