What is the R E A L Purpose of your Website?
I am shocked at the number of marketers who don’t get this, even myself at times.
The purpose of a website is to gather leads….not to make sells!
PLEASE LET THIS SINK IN.
If you visit this website regularly you have hear me talk about how important a data base of potential, clients, customers and distributors is now and will be even more so in the future.
If you have been around marketing, and specifically
internet marketing anytime at all you have heard hundredsof times, the MONEY IS IN THE LIST! Right?
So let me ask you, is your website designed to sell or to create leads? You will notice that currently I am giving away my CONFESSIONS OF A NETWORK MARKETING MILLIONAIRE audio course when people visit this site.
Obviously this is to create a lead. It is my feeling that
people will listen to this audio training, like it and down the road buy DVD’s, training courses, ebooks, etc.
I have the gathered leads concept right on this site,
even though it could and will be improved. However
of the 40+ sites I have online, I have totally ignored
this concept on many of them. Talk about a real eye
opener. How could this have been overlooked?
The purpose of any website for virtually any business is to gather leads!
When you buy a list of leads from any supplier you buy them in a bulk quantity. These leads are also generated in a "Bulk" quantity. The leads suppliers use "High Traffic" websites to generate their leads… Usually they will send out free offers to people and in order to redeem the offer they will need to fill out an online questionnaire about various opportunities, home business, travel, finances, etc…
Those results are then sold to the average marketer as lists of "Opportunity Seekers".
You Really don’t know what to expect
and many times these list are a waste of

They are very generic and not specific to your program or
any program for that matter. When you contact these people
it's like playing the lottery, You really don't know what exactly
it is they are looking for. If you are an Experienced Marketer
or Salesperson this may not pose a problem. But for someone
who is just learning the ropes it can be a difficult and intimidating
thing when your talking to cold prospects. For a beginner or "newbie"
marketer working with "warm" leads and their local market is much

If you are going to create traffic to a website, USE A LEAD CAPTURE
PAGE! Gather the email address and contact info so you can use

Experts tell us the average person “buys” or “joins” after 7
exposures, that is why collecting potential customers, distributors
data and following up is so important.
If you don’t do this it is hard to say how much cash you are leaving
on the table.
