Real leaders are in touch with their people and understand emotionally the aggravation and frustrations they are going through.

Leadership is about sharing with people the right tool (from a 3rd party) at the right time their team member needs to hear it. Leaders talk too much! Remember, if you say it they doubt it, if someone else says it, they hear it and believe it!

If you aren’t in touch with your team members frustrations and emotion, this is impossible.
