At the time of this writing I am spending a week at the beach in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. For me there is nothing more relaxing than sitting at the edge of the ocean on small chair and letting the waves run up your legs.

Hi it’s Sunday afternoon and I just returned back home from a very good weekend in Orlando at Michael Penlands’s Internet Marketing and Joint Venture seminar. I had the opportunity to speek at this event on the concept of developing cash flow and leads with Ebay and Online Auctions.
So this wasn’t a Network Marketing Training, but another niche I have been working in for the last 4 or 5 years. I had a great time and Michael’s events always feature cutting edge speakers and interesting entreprenur minded attendees. A couple of years ago we wrote and published our first MLM Training Ebook “MLM Insight”. At the end of the ebook we had an evaluation that distributors had the option to complete and email to me.
I personally looked over the evaluations and made suggestion on how they could move their network marketing business forward. I was absolutely amazed at the people who have been with a company a couple of years, have six or seven distributors in their organization, and hadn’t personally sponsored anyone in ninety days or longer.
Now, a couple of years later and nothing has changed.
