I wanted to drop you a note and update you on our progress in our attempt
to get facebook to re-release the Chat To Text application.
After numerous calls and e-mails, we are continuing to work with facebook
to clear up the confusion around our application and business model.
As many of you know, network marketing is a legitimate business practice
that is legal in all 50 states and Canada and is not in violation of ANY of
facebook’s terms of service. Therefore we continue to be optimistic that
once facebook reviews the application with their legal counsel, it will be
re-released.
We have received many e-mails regarding the status of service fees paid
and commissions. One of two things will occur, either the application will
be re-released and commissions will be paid as scheduled on the 15th of the
month, or we will be refunding EVERYONES subscription fee.
No action is required on your part to ensure you receive commissions or a
refund.
