You probably received an email a couple of months ago, when I offered free 10 minute coaching/consulting calls to all of our friends, clients, and customers.
I dedicated 4 hours on a Saturday morning to take phone calls allowing you to ask me anything about prospecting, team building, lead generation or anything to do with your business.
The response was tremendous. I had a constant flow of calls coming in and ended up speaking with 21 leaders from around the world. Unfortunately dozens of people were not able to get through but the feedback I received from those I did have the opportunity to spend some time with was tremendous.
On June 1st I raised my personal one-on-one coaching fee to $1,000 with my normal minimum 3 – hour retainer.
Here is the challenge. 95% of my coaching clients are six figure earners, company owners, and MLM corporate officers. Yet most of the readers of my blog do not fall into those categories. For the most part my readers, are hard working, consistent 27%ers who just want to learn how to do network marketing correctly and make a positive financial impact on their families future.
So the question I have been asking myself is how can I help those that are maybe not at full-time level incomes in the industry yet? The obvious answer is “group coaching” but honestly that is something I really don’t believe in because you end up with such a large cross section of people all who are at different levels on the road to network marketing success which can translate to a huge waste of time for some of the people in the group. I am not trying to develop a following, I believe in developing leaders!
There have been many times over the past 30 years when I wish I could have picked up the phone and got honest input from someone who had walked the path I was on. That would have been invaluable for me. As many of you know, my sponsor quit 2 weeks after I joined my first program and I didn’t even know who my upline was for months. After I finally discovered them I realized very quickly that I had learned more about the business in 6 months from listening to audio tapes than they had learned after 3 years of winging it on their own.
