The IMPORTANCE of Failure
“The only difference between a BIG
SHOT & A Little shot is a Big Shot
is a little shot that kept shooting”
Zig Ziglar
It has been said that “Fear of Failure
and Fear of Rejection” keep most
people from ever living their dreams.
How do you over come these two fears?
It is very simple, get rejected and fail.
I am serious.
Most of the best recruiters in network
marketers are oblivious to rejection.
They have no coeth.
They go after propsects like a bull in
a china closet.
While they recruit a lot of people,
these record setting recruiters
normally end up with a group full of
followers and people that can’t say “No”.
That is why most great recruiters are
terrible and developing people.
If you are a normal, emotionally balanced
human being, you don’t like rejection.
Here is how to soften the feeling.
Get a lot of rejection, and always ask
yourself this question.
“Does that person have what I want?”
99% of the time the answer will be no. I
have found that the more successful a
person is the more they will encourage you
in your enterprise even if the timing is
not right for them.
Thnik about it, if you have been around
the network marketing industry for a few
years, you know that statement is true.
Make a game out of getting no’s!
How many no’s do you have to get to
get a yes?
This business is built between your ears
and how you react when you lose, or feel
rejected will ultimately determine how
long it will be until you win.
How do you over come fear of failure?
Fail
I have failed so many times over the years
I can’t count them all.
One thing I have learned, is when it is all
said and done, people only remember your
success.
After all Babe Ruth struck out more than
anyone in the history of baseball.
Every failure takes you closer to a success
and you only need a couple of big successes
over your lifetime to create financial
independence.
You will probably experience many failures,
but YOU are not a failure until you quit
trying.
Don’t worry too much about what others think
& persist and you will succeed.
