At about 4 am in the morning on July 4th I couldn’t sleep.
I was rolling through my Twitter feed on my phone and found this video from Michael Newkirk. Yes, Michael and I have a history. No, I am not endorsing him or his company or products over any other Network Marketing Leadership Academy member. I know many of you feel the exact way Michael feels, he just happened to be the member whose video I found. Yes, I endorse and stand behind Michael as a person and leader who has the best interest of his team at heart.
Words cannot describe the emotions I felt as I listened. I kept thinking, what is the industry is going to look like in 5 years when there are hundreds, even thousands, of Michael Newkirk’s out there in dozens of companies around the world? As it relates to The MLM Training Club & The Network Marketing Leadership Development Academy we have made it clear since August 2015 that is our goal. I have also made it perfectly clear it is not important to me that I deliver the message, it is just important that the message gets delivered.
To those of you that are on this path with us, I sincerely Thank You. I truly believe you are the leaders that will lead this industry forward in the future. I hope you find this video inspiring. This is the message, philosophy, and common sense wisdom of the ages principles that will build real businesses and duplicating teams.
Don’t just watch the video, really listen, and hear the common sense message.
Yes, Michael was featured on the MLMSuccess.com Podcast, story number five titled “Build People and People will Build the Business” You can listen to that session by clicking here

The bottom line is simply this, if you expect people to lead others you must provide them systems. Systems duplicate – personality doesn’t.
