Below is correspondence I had today from a long time customer.
It seems I have this question quite often from different customers, so I hope this information will be a brain tweak for you:

When we do activities that are not part of our comfort zone it is normal to have fear in the beginning.
However if we persist long enough the uncomfortable will be comfortable.
Fear of the phone is probably the number 1 fear that holds distributors back. Some have and some don’t. Those that don’t have don’t understand why others do .
For many people they have to over come this fear once and for all if they expect their business to move forward. You can conquer this fear, this will help.
I heard all my life as a kid…
“If first you don’t succeed, try, try again!”
Don’t let a first-time failure stop further attempts.
For example, I know it’s hard at first to shift gears
without stalling but if at first you don’t succeed . . .
This seemingly ancient adage was first recorded in 1840.
If first your don’t succeed, try, try again.

I have always felt that if other average people, with
average intelligence can do it, then so can I.
There is not a week that goes by when I don’t wonder
to myself, how some people missed the memo?
I am a very un-opinionated person. ( I have no… Continue reading

A question I get quite often from would
be entreprenuers is Dale, how do I overcome
fear?
Everyone has Fear, that is not a negative
emotion necessarily. However some people
would be described as fearful and that is
beyond debilitating.
I have heard it said fear is:
F alse
E vidence
A pperaring
R eal
Naplin Hill said the way to overcome fear is
to recognize it, then repeat this phrase to
yourself.
“If you have nothing to lose by trying and a great
deal to gain if successful, do it now”
then TAKE ACTION.
Overtime, when fear appears, that phrase will
flash in your mind if you memorize it.
Fear can be overcome.
If your enterprise requires you to you the phone
and you are afraid, this will help you.
