As most of you know I have been encouraging the readers of MLMHelp.com to become educated on several new marketing trends over the past year and a half or so, one of them being Kindle publishing.
The numbers on the number of books being sold now on Amazon Kindle compared to bound books are staggering. Major bookstores around the country are going out of business. Will there come a day when a bound book is as obsolete as a record album?
That is what many experts are predicting. As you guys know we have been testing multiple text marketing campaigns over the past year or so. Quite frankly we have been so busy with other projects we have not had time to get on it and stay on it until we master it. ( I know, do what I say not what I do).
Anyway the popularity of this marketing method is only going to continue to rise. I was telling someone on the phone today, that I have been involved in network marketing over 30 years, and for the first time in a long time I really heard that statement.
30 years??
My gosh I have been doing this a long time. I can remember
when I use to say 5 years, 10 years, 15 years etc.
Tonight I logged on Facebook, I was looking for a picture of my

The responsibility of a network marketing leader is to
tell people the truth.
It appears that most people in the industry with leadership
titles have found that it is much easier to tell people what
they want to hear, not what they need to hear.
We should have cultures that inspire and challenge people
to grow, learn, and become better. Instead we seem to be
telling people to have fun, watch TV, play on your lap top
and become rich.
Has the industry become a reflection of our culture?
About 15 years ago I saw this trend towards excepting

It has been said that the great Hall of Fame football coach
Vince Lombardi would start each years practice the same
way. He would gather his team around, who had won the
previous years Super Bowl, hold up a football and say
"Gentleman, this is a football".
The basics of MLM are not exciting, sexy, or new, they
simply help those who master them build empires. If
distributors would spend as much time mastering the basics
as they did looking for shortcuts, the masses would be
begging to join us in this industry.

Ok, here is my dilemma, back in 1997 I produced my first ever
generic (funded proposal) training called “Confessions of
a Network Marketing Millionaire”. We sold over 50,000
units of this program our first year.
Today it doesn’t seem like a week goes by that someone
doesn’t mention that program and the positive impact it
has had on their business and their network marketing career.
